To receive emails about new trips, click Trip Calendar now and select Notify me. For training notifications click Training Calendar now and select Notify me.
If you are an existing or past Club Member, please check the information in your User Profile for accuracy. Make sure the privacy settings suit you. To access your User Profile click your User Name at the top right of any page, after logging in.
You can individually opt to share each data item kept about you with
- anybody visiting the site (the Public), or
- just with logged on Registered Users (includes Members and others), or
- just with trusted club Administrators.
Registered Users are not necessarily current Club Members. We also make a distinction between
- Telephone number(s), and
- Private telephone(s)
Your Private telephone(s) are intended for emergency use by trusted club Administrators, and should only be shared with them.
Your Telephone number(s) and email address(es) will be displayed to Current Members when you book a trip, to allow the Trip Leader to contact you. If you become a Trip Leader they will also be published in our Southern Trails magazine, which is widely circulated outside the Club. Telephone number(s) may be displayed when others vew your profile, depending on your privacy setting for this data item.
Set your email address to FirstNameLastname@none.com if you do not want to be contacted by email (you will miss out on a lot, though!).
