Joining & Rejoining Fees

An on-line Application Form for new members is available at www.st4wdc.org/Membership/ApplicationForm.aspx.

Fees for joining the ST4WDC are payable as follows:

In addition to the Joining Fees outlined above, the Annual Membership Fee appropriate to the Category of Membership must also be paid on joining.

All New Member Applications are subject to acceptance by the Committee.

Entry into the Register of Members is also subject to the payment of the approriate joining fee.

Former Members Rejoining

Former Members seeking to rejoin the Club may be entitled to a significant discount on the Joining Fee.  Please contact the Memberhip Secretary providing details of prior membership.

A New Member Application Form must be completed by Former Members seeking to rejoin.

Annual Membership Fees

Continued Membership of the ST4WDC is available on payment of the following Annual fees payable in advance:

The Annual Membership Fee for new applications received after the July General Meeting is reduced to $50.

New Members joining after 1 November do not pay an Annual Fee for the current year, but must pay for the following year on joining.

The Membership year runs from 1 January to 31 December.

Renewals

Membership renewals fall due on 31 December annually.  A $5 'late fee' is payable by all Members failing to pay their Annual Membership Fees before the close of the February General Meeting (Second Tuesday in February).

Members who have not paid their Annual Membership fee 10 days before the Annual General Meeting in March will be deprived of membership benefits and their Membership becomes liable to suspension at the discretion of the Committee.
